When I buy your memory foam products through your online store, will my payments be secure?
Definitely! All financial information is protected. All payments go through Paypal and are completely safe and secure.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping normally takes 2-7 business days. We offer standard ground shipping, 2 business day shipping and next day shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer a '90 DAY COMFORT GUARANTEED' policy on all mattresses. If you are not 100% satisfied with your mattress you can return it for a full refund. Read our complete return policy here for more details.

How can I contact customer service?

Where are your products manufactured?
JOOVE Rest Products are designed in the United States with product materials from the United States and Germany. Products are assembled in China along side some of the largest names in the rest product industry.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free for standard ground shipping. Additional costs may apply if you choose to have your order expedited.
How are your products packed and shipped?
All JOOVE products are professionally compressed and vacuum packed in specialized reinforced bags. They are then rolled up and boxed to prevent any possible shipping damage. All orders are shipped through FedEx and can be tracked online.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) with plans to expand to Canada in the near future.
How long do I need to wait for my mattress to recover after it is unpacked?
Once the compressed mattress is opened they memory foam will immediately begin to expand and take its normal shape. It can take a few hours for the mattress to fully expand; however, you can still use the mattress during this expansion time.
Can we put the used mattresses back into the box?
Due to the special compression process that is used to pack our mattresses, it is not possible to re-compress the mattress for repacking. Attempting to do so could possibly damage the mattress.
I've heard that memory foam has a 'newness' odor. Is this true?
Yes, due to the manufacturing process you may notice that your memory foam products have a slight 'newness' odor when you first unpack them. This is same as new cars smelling new. This is completely normal and harmless and and will dissipate quickly.
Are your mattresses fire safe?
Yes. All JOOVE mattresses are compliant with federal regulations and meet the US Consumer Products Safety Commission requirements.
Do you have JOOVE stores?
Right now JOOVE Rest Products are only available online. We are working to make our products available at local retail shops around the US.
